I am currently contracted to oversee a project aimed at upgrading an organisations existing Salesforce platform from the legacy version to the new Lightning version. The current system has not received any enhancements over the past three years, and with Salesforce's new developments being exclusively supported for Lightning, this upgrade presents a critical opportunity. The transition will enable the organisation to adopt various enhancements designed to drive significant process efficiencies, including improved user and site experience, compatibility for integrations, and automated data transfer, thereby modernising their CRM capabilities and positioning them for future growth.
